Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had all we needed and was really clean, with good facilities, but it wasn't cleaned despite no one else there. The location is conveniently located right at the Canadian side of the border, in a quiet area far from the crowd and close enough to groceries and fast food. The dining was limited to an English muffin but very good, and they have a wide variety of foods while saying they don't serve breakfast. The rooms were perfect from the cleanliness to the temperature and were in size with good facilities. The service by the gracious staff had hiccups from a dispute over hot chocolate to a payment mix-up, but they were accommodating overall.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for my needs, but the dining options were somewhat limited. Overall, it was a good experience with excellent value for money.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and the free breakfast had a nice selection, but I wish our room was bigger for my family of four. The beds were very comfortable, even though the room was a bit small. The service was top-notch, with helpful and polite staff always willing to assist. The location was convenient, just a 25-minute drive from major attractions, and despite some minor cleanliness issues in the dining area, it was clean and spacious near the crossing point into Canada. The dining options were delicious with lots of choices, though it could get a bit crowded at times. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a good value for the price.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room provided was spacious, with a king-size bed, nice TV, desk, and sofa, but it was one of the smallest rooms I encountered on my trip and felt very dark even with all the lights on. The service was top-notch, with very accommodating and friendly staff members who made sure everything was alright. The location was a bit odd, located in a quiet area far from the crowd, but it was hard to find at night, especially during a blizzard. The dining experience was more than adequate, offering a nice variety of options for all tastes.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the bridge and restaurants, although it might be a bit challenging to find at night during bad weather. The rooms feature a pleasant setup with a king bed and a bathtub in the bedroom, even though the entry opened a bit late for a Saturday. The continental breakfast hours were limited but served the purpose well for early risers.
